J-Pouch has been a nightmare!!!

I have been experiencing problems w/my j-pouch, I can not empty it all the way.. I have had x-rays, out-patient procedures done NOBODY seems to know what the problem is. I had one doctor say that maybe my uterous is in the way?
Does anyone have any idea what can be going on, it's been to many yrs, and I'm sick of it.. I don't have any symtoms, just some bloating when I eat..

Are you saying you have two symptoms? Incomplete emptying and bloating associated with eating?

Those symptoms are likely unrelated, you may have a partial obstruction causing the bloating that may not show up on x-ray, or it could be simple dyspepsia, any number of things, including gallbladder trouble.

The incomplete emptying can be due to anal stricture, pouchitis, cufffitis, structural disorders such as overstretched pouch, etc. For your uterus to be in the way, it would need to be attached by adhesions unless you have large uterine fibroids.
